The new headquarters on Hagibor also brought new ways to work with meetings, content and business. Our aim was to create a functional event space that naturally complements daily media operations. On the top, ninth floor of the building, LEVEL9 was created, a 600 square metre space for workshops, corporate events and business meetings.
We designed LEVEL9 from the start as a space that can adapt to whatever is happening in it. Sometimes a smaller meeting, sometimes a presentation or a networking event with a larger number of guests. Its position on the ninth floor offers open views of Prague and plenty of daylight, a pleasant bonus especially for daytime events. Technical equipment for everyday event operations is a given, including projection, sound and microphones.
Complete facilities that make events run smoothly
When designing LEVEL9, we also focused on facilities that are not normally visible but make a big difference in practice. The space has its own cloakroom, a preparation room, a bar counter and a fully equipped catering kitchen. There is a coffee machine, a soda dispenser, refrigerated counters, an ice maker and a rapid dishwasher. This makes it possible to prepare both smaller meetings and larger events with refreshments without complications. Clients can use recommended catering partners or bring their own. An experienced event coordinator is also available throughout to ensure things run smoothly.
LEVEL9 is part of our new headquarters, which is home to Czech News Center and Radio Active. The shared building allows editorial, business and event activities to be connected in one place. We use the space not only for our own formats but also for meetings with partners, clients and the communities we have worked with for a long time.
An accessible location in the wider centre
The location itself is a major advantage. The space lies in the wider centre of Prague with a direct connection to metro line A, Želivského station, as well as tram and bus lines. For participants it is an easily accessible venue, and for us a long-term, sustainable choice away from the busiest parts of the city.
LEVEL9 is ideal above all for live meetings, sharing and personal communication. The space is smoke-free and step-free, so it is accessible and comfortable for all participants. It fits naturally into how a modern media house works and extends the ways people can meet, collaborate and work with communities.
