UK company records show how much money Leonid Radvinsky took out of the platform in the last months of his life, and how much the company declared for him even after his death. The figures change the view of what OnlyFans actually is.
Leonid Radvinsky died on 20 March 2026 at the age of 43. For fiscal year 2025 and the first three months of 2026, OnlyFans' parent company declared him dividends totalling $709 million. This is according to British company documents of the parent, Fenix International, published on 25 August 2026 and reported by Forbes and Bloomberg.
The sum has two parts. In fiscal year 2025, which ended in November, Radvinsky collected $535 million. In the first three months of 2026, four further tranches totalling $174 million followed. The last of these, $45 million, the company declared on 26 March, six days after his death.
In the previous year, Radvinsky took $497 million out of OnlyFans. Since 2021 he has received a total of $2.5 billion in dividends from the platform, which he bought in 2018 for an estimated $30 million.
A platform as a cash machine
Fenix International reported revenue of $1.55 billion for fiscal year 2025, an increase of 10% on the previous year. Operating profit rose 6.5% to $709 million. The dividends therefore correspond to practically the whole operating profit for the year, and Radvinsky took almost everything the company earned.
The board says in the filings that it does not recommend a further dividend for the period. A change of ownership had come.
A new owner and a change of course
Radvinsky bought a 75% stake in Fenix International in 2018 from founder Tim Stokely and his father Guy Stokely. Forbes estimated his fortune at the time at $4.7 billion.
After his death, control of the company passed to his widow, Yekaterina Chudnovsky, who is the sole trustee of the “LR Fenix Trust”. A source close to the couple told Forbes in May that during Radvinsky's lifetime she was his “de facto business partner”.
Weeks after his death, Fenix International announced the sale of a 16% stake to the San Francisco firm Architect Capital. The valuation in the transaction was around $3.1 billion.
Architect Capital is reorienting the platform
The firm is now valued at more than a hundred times what it was bought for, at an estimated $30 million. That is a return that investors in the creator economy rarely dare to imagine.
Architect Capital's entry is not only financial. According to Forbes, the firm plans to “work with OnlyFans to create new financial services and products for creators on the adult platform.” Forbes also reports the ambition to make the platform “less reliant on adult content, a place 'where you can connect with your favorite boxer or athlete'.”
For the creator economy, this is a signal worth watching. OnlyFans has proved a working model of direct payment between creator and fan. Transferring the same logic to sport, fitness or education is exactly what many platforms in the creator economy have tried, with varying success. Architect Capital is coming in through one of the few platforms that really makes money.
Radvinsky originally built his capital on MyFreeCams, an adult webcam platform. In 2018 he bet on OnlyFans. He profited on both bets. Now Architect Capital comes in with the hypothesis that the same architecture works outside adult content. The British filing from 25 August 2026 shows how big a bet that is.
OnlyFans became a cash machine because creators agreed to a direct relationship with fans without an advertising intermediary. This is a model that half of the platforms in the creator economy would like to carry over into other verticals. For this valuation, Architect Capital is buying a ticket. With revenue of $1.55 billion and an operating profit exceeding 45% of revenue, it is not a cheap entry, but neither is it excessive.
Corrected 8 October 2026: The original version stated that Radvinsky died on 23 March and that the last dividend came before his death. According to Fenix International's financial statements, he died on 20 March and the company declared the last dividend on 26 March 2026.
