Over the past year we launched several tipping games, from Formula 1 to football, hockey, music and dance. Thousands of users took part, and once again we confirmed that we can build a working game in just a few dozen hours.
Our tipping games accompanied F1, Český slavík, UEFA Euro 2024, the 2025 Ice Hockey World Championship and StarDance. Each had its own atmosphere and its own type of fan, but together about 9,000 users took part in our games. For us, this number is not just a statistic. It confirms that tipping games can draw people in across different interests.
The speed we aim for
We consider speed to be our greatest strength, the speed at which we can prepare such projects. On average, developing one tipping game takes us just six working days, and sometimes we manage it even faster. A good example is this year’s ice hockey world championship, when we needed only four working days from the first idea to the live launch, and the promo itself ran for 30 hours. Even in such a short time, 1,800 users tried the game, and within a few hours more than 100 mini-leagues were created.
This flexibility rests on a solid technological foundation. We build on a relatively simple but stable stack: Strapi, a small back end with raw SQL queries, and a Next.js front end. This combination lets us react to new events quickly, deploy changes practically instantly and keep the whole solution clear and stable.
A great team is the foundation
Behind the tipping games stands a great team. Tomáš Knejp, Marek Frydrych and Karel Křesťan work on development. Adéla Fialová mainly handles the rules and the promo, and Irena Brázdilová oversees their formal correctness. Thanks to this, each of us can take clear responsibility, and we deliver every new project at a pace we are proud of.
